The spot blends into the jungle, a relaxing setting with all the comforts (pool, lounge area with hammocks, restaurant, always‑available shuttle, gym, spa…), the staff is incredibly kind, smiling and prepared, the food is very good, and the rooms are station‑ready and have everything you could need. The only improvement might be to focus even more on sustainability and cut waste.

The location is fantastic, the room is huge, and the staff is helpful. The restaurant offers very limited options for those who choose to dine à la carte, but that’s a minor detail. The surrounding nature makes up for anything else.

The room, cleanliness, services, entertainment, pool, and the refill stations for water bottles are all great. The reception and guest‑relations staff’s English isn’t always clear, and Wi‑Fi is only available at the reception (and it’s not always working—unacceptable for a 5‑star hotel), and the TV didn’t work because it wasn’t connected to Wi‑Fi.

A wonderful resort smack in the middle of the Borneo rainforest! The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast and dinners offered an excellent and very delicious spread, and the pool was a delightful way to cool off after daily cave tours. Nothing to complain about.

The property is amazing, the breakfast is fantastic and the staff are super helpful. We ran into an issue with the toilet and the key, but they were fixed right away. Nothing else, everything was perfect.
