The older rooms still met a solid 3‑star+ standard, and swapping to a different room on the same floor was handled smoothly; we felt very comfortable and enjoyed a great breakfast with friendly, attentive staff. The only snag was the grassy floor and mat around the pool, which might need overnight cleaning by the robot.

Top location, friendly staff, and good breakfast.

The rooms are spacious and the mattresses are very comfortable, but the pool is poorly maintained, the water is cloudy, and you have to go into the hotel to use the bathroom, which is neither comfortable nor hygienic. The facilities smell damp, especially in the gym area, which by the way dates back to the polka era.

The breakfast is really well done, but I don’t like eating there early in the morning, and the pool scenery wasn’t my thing either. I’ll make sure next time it’s a 4‑star place; maybe that’s all that’s realistic.

Excellent value for money, though the beds feel a bit firm.
