We stayed for two nights and the room was never cleaned. The air conditioning felt almost nonexistent: it was preset at 23 °C, running in ventilation mode, and it was very noisy. On those hot days we couldn't sleep at night.

The spot is in the heart of the city, close to many attractions and downtown. Everything else was fine.
