The place was clean and smart. However, people moving through the passage were noisy.

The property was close to the Civic Centre where the Global Dancing competition was held. But it did not look like the photos; it was dirty, had cockroaches in the kitchen and bedrooms, and noise from staff. Linens were stained, not ironed, and not changed after two days as per policy. Times were not respected; staff had parties with loud music until 00:00. The fridge and microwave were dirty and old. Kitchen walls were dirty. The yard was not cleaned. The bin overflowed, and cigarettes were all over the patio.

The staff were friendly and polite, ensuring a comfortable stay; rooms were clean and neat. It's a great place to be.
