The spot is way too central. There’s no parking, reservations get lost, the service feels unprofessional, and one of the front desk staff smelled of alcohol.

I booked a room facing the Alhóndiga, but they gave me one by the stairs where you hear everyone walking; the room smelled awful when I opened the door, a Gatorade was halfway on the dresser, the bathroom stank of pipe, and in the morning I could hear everyone leaving their rooms 😕
