Candlewood Suites - Birmingham - Inverness by IHG

“Good place but our room proved not to have a “safe” refrigerator.”

The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient spot, but the ice maker in the fridge shorted and shocked me when I touched it. I told the front desk, and they gave me ice, but they didn’t move me to another room with a working ice maker.

“No fue de mi total agrado”

Nothing positive to mention. The place reeked heavily of marijuana, the bed sheets didn’t look clean and had hair on them, and the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned.

“Ok but would try other options.”

The room was clean overall and the shower worked well; the area was quiet, and since it was a longer‑term stay it was nice that cleaning didn’t happen every morning. However, trash by the elevator piled up as people took it out of their rooms. I didn’t like that the bathroom sink opened into the room, the kitchenette cabinets were grimy, and the layout was not very useful – there was a decent amount of space but it wasn’t very usable.

“Had a great time.loved this hotel”

Nice and clean. Close to a gas station and grocery stores.
