The doors to the rooms were catastrophically dirty, the dining chairs were quite dirty, and we had to pay extra for billiards and drinks at dinner.
The place is comfy and well‑located, and the staff are beautiful and very friendly. However, the food selection could be broader, the half‑board dinner could include a few drinks, and the two‑person tables are a touch wide.

The family room was spacious, the food was tasty, and it was good that there wasn’t an overload of options. The pools weren’t large, but there was no crowding even though we were there during peak time. The night before the bath, the music in line for the shower was loud, which ruined the nights. That was right outside our room, maybe just because it was the weekend of the 20th. In the living room the sofa bed was uncomfortable, and if you like a flat pillow, bring your own.
The area is calm and beautiful, the wellness center is good, breakfast is very good, and the rooms’ interior design is nice; dinner could have a wider selection, but breakfast was super.

The food was divine; every night the dishes were so tasty that you almost have to taste everything. The hotel is pretty, tidy, clean, and the room is too. In summer the wellness is packed, so you have to hunt for a spot and the pool is full. If you can handle 26 °C water, the big pool is less crowded, so my 5‑year‑old son and I preferred that one. I missed a kettle in the family room, since we had a baby, so a steriliser for the bottle would have been handy, but we managed.
