The hotel’s location is superb, the staff are unmatched, and the service was very good and friendly, especially Saifullah who helped us book all activities such as the hot‑air balloon flight, red tour, green tour, and camel ride at great prices with pickup from and to the hotel; the breakfast was extensive and varied, and the terrace offered an excellent view of the balloons at dawn for photos and videos, with no problems during our stay.

I was thrilled with the location, the staff, and the warm room, but the windows in my room faced the entrance of the building instead of the outside, which was a bit annoying.

The only good thing was the close proximity to Istiklal street; the shower was broken, the toilet leaked, and there was no breakfast offered.

The room with a pool had no air conditioning, no ventilation, and the pool machines made unbearable noise that prevented any sleep; the heat from the equipment also made it hard to rest.

Localização, alojamento bonito e pequeno-almoço muito bom e típico. O staff foi muito simpático também. Apenas colocaria estores para que a luz do sol não entrasse no quarto logo pelo nascer do sol
