“Scam. Åk aldrig dit”
They try to trick you for money. I booked for 3 people two weeks in advance, but on the day we were supposed to stay, they demanded more money because the room was for 2 people even though I booked for 3. When I finally got in, the next day they tried the same thing again, asking for different amounts.
There was no hot water and the air‑conditioner temperature could not be adjusted.
The hotel room was big and clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The facilities were nice, but when you swipe the key card the air‑conditioner kicks on automatically and if you don't shut it off the room gets really cold; you have to pull the card out and cut the power before you can sleep. Also, the room‑cleaning service arrives around 10 am for fresh towels and water. Getting to the beach takes at least an hour.
The booking said check‑in started at 5 pm, so I arrived around 5:30 pm, but they insisted the official time was 6 pm and demanded an extra €10 charge. Even after I explained the misinformation, the staff offered no apology and refused any refund, which left me feeling very upset.
The place marketed itself as a family‑friendly sex hotel, yet there was nothing I liked about it; we booked a room for five people but arrived to find only two beds, received no assistance from staff, cobbled together three makeshift beds on the floor with extra duvets, and at 1 am the host called to tell us we couldn’t have five occupants, offering no alternative, which was impossible with three children; the host claimed he didn’t know we were five, even though the reservation listed two adults and three kids, and we’re still trying to get a refund for the four nights; the walls and surfaces were grimy, the toilet was so filthy you couldn’t sit on it, and the venue also rents by the hour—definitely not recommended.
