The room was awful and unsuitable for staying; it was also completely unclean inside and around.

The bed was decent, but the bathroom looked tidy yet still had leftovers from previous guests, the room lacked proper insulation, the TV and Wi‑Fi didn’t work, the room was dirty, the bedsheets and pillowcases hadn’t been changed after the last guest left, the bathroom had no towel hooks, I was told I’d receive towels and toiletries but never did, and there were mosquitoes in the room.
