The view was beautiful, the staff were good—especially Ali Bey who was very attentive, thank you very much—there was nothing I didn’t like.

The reception was pleasant, the atmosphere wonderful and everything overall was great, yet I booked a stay with breakfast and they never served it—when I asked, I was left to wander the nearby restaurants and streets, which weren’t very nice.

The hospitality was special, the care, welcome and professionalism of the entire staff were outstanding; Gabri and his family are exceptional at managing and attending to guests, always ready and available to fulfill various requests and provide information, truly an original Egyptian family. A credit also goes to Hussien for his seriousness and professionalism. I recommend booking the excursions and visits directly with them, handled by Ahmed with maximum professionalism and personal care for the clients. The cherry on top is the location and the view of the pyramids, right from the hotel’s terrace—enchanting and spectacular.
