The hotel sits in a fantastic spot in Lastarria, and the staff went out of their way to help us throughout our stay in Santiago. We had an excellent experience overall.

The hotel was within walking distance of everything to see and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and gave us great recommendations. Our room was upgraded and had its own balcony, which was wonderful. Breakfast was nice, and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were extremely kind, preparing breakfast for our early‑morning flight, and were very courteous and hospitable. The bed was uncomfortable, but the location was acceptable.
