Location, staff, room. I’d have liked a front‑of‑hotel room, but the service was very present and I slept well. The restaurant was great!!! It should have at least one Michelin star. The balcony view was lacking.

The staff were kind and the place was clean. It might be a bit too strict on the rules, and there was no free provision in the room of a water heater with tea/café and water.

The staff were 10/10, but the bathroom smelled strongly of tobacco and the breakfast was not very good.

The reception was terrible; the front‑desk lady was disrespectful and spoke poorly. The air‑conditioning is optional, so make sure they turn it on. The bathroom was awful—a jacuzzi tub that doesn’t hold water and doesn’t work like a jacuzzi.

We spent two days at this hotel and the welcome was fantastic and very warm! The staff spoke good French, which was convenient. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. There was always parking available. The price was very attractive. We’ll return!
