It’s perfect. We stayed in a typical Japanese room that’s very comfortable and beautiful. It’s close to the port, and there’s coffee available at reception whenever you want.

The owner’s courtesy, the central location right in front of the ferry terminal, and the typical Japanese-style room—arguably the best of the trip—are highlights. Complimentary biscuits and coffee are offered at breakfast, and the price is good compared to average island rates, though it’s the most expensive of the other places I visited in Japan.
