The staff were very friendly, and both breakfast and dinner were good. The room was spacious with comfortable beds, and the location felt authentic with a great view of Mount Meru. We felt very safe, but unfortunately the pool was closed.

The pool photo looked heavily retouched, and the pool is actually in the school area. It might be usable when it’s hotter, but not in July, August, or September.

The hotel was great: we were warmly welcomed by the manager and staff, and when we asked we even received mosquito nets even though there were no mosquitoes. The rooms were large, well furnished, and the garden with a pool was cozy. Breakfast was tasty, and there was a nice lounge to sit in. The location on a lively side street with a snack bar means you can walk into town. We’re thrilled and would come back anytime and recommend it!

I loved the fruit trees in the yard! The staff were beyond helpful and made me feel at home all the time. The owner invited me to his table for lunch and drove me around town. GREAT SMILES!!! The hotel was great! I really have nothing bad to say about it. Great price, CLEAN and GREAT Breakfast in the mornings!

The room was spacious and very reasonably priced. The room smelled a lot like plumbing, and the noise was loud (you couldn’t sleep without earplugs). The area where it’s located is not safe to be there at night (and even during the day it looks bad). The worst part was that when we asked for a taxi to a restaurant, they had already overcharged us six times. They apologized afterward, but it ruined the image we had of them.
