The room was spacious, neat, and clean with a nice view, and they let us in before the official check‑in time. We could reach them easily. They mentioned the room needed cleaning and later said they’d do it once we had fresh linens. We had to move out to visit places, so they offered a 3‑hour post‑checkout stay for an extra Rs500. When we moved out, they asked if that was okay; we requested a new bedsheet, but it wasn’t changed. We reused towels for both days. We asked for a kettle, and they gave us hot water in a mug, which surprised us. The room after checkout wasn’t that great.

The location was convenient, but the stay felt underwhelming; I never received a complimentary bottle of water even though the room cost 3k per night.
