Everything was top‑level: the location, the comfort, the cleanliness – and a special shout‑out to Liz and the rest of the staff. Thank you.

Right in the middle of Marlow, just a short stroll to the river, and I couldn't find anything I didn't like.

The spot was great, and the bar closing at 10 pm on the Sunday we stayed was a relief because we were worried about pub noise. The shower heads needed descaling, the rooms were warm (not a heatwave) but fans were provided, and a noisy generator outside our room kicked on at times, making a noticeable sound.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the bed was comfortable, and there were homemade cookies in the room.
