The spa area and hotel bar were nice. We had booked two rooms because the hotel wouldn’t accept a single room for five people (two adults and three children under nine). I asked for the rooms to be combined at the time of booking, but that wasn’t possible. The rooms were far apart, so we had to sleep separately because the children couldn’t stay alone. We asked to cancel one room, but the hotel policy forbids more than four people in one room, a rule we weren’t aware of; they should offer a combined room option or allow three children. The room was small, not very clean, and the temperature couldn’t be regulated— it got too hot with the heater. Breakfast was also poor; there was no detox juice, only industrialized juices, limited fruit choices, and bland cold cuts. The minibar had only one bottle of water, which is unacceptable for a room meant for four people. I was very disappointed with the hotel.

The location is perfect and the staff are very friendly. The only issue is that there’s no parking; they have an arrangement with a parking lot four blocks away, but it’s an extra charge.

The view and location are wonderful. The breakfast was very disappointing, always the same with no fresh options like omelet, waffle, or pancake; plus there were only two protein choices each day—egg with sausage or egg with bacon.

The staff were attentive. The breakfast menu stayed the same every day, so after staying for seven nights my family saw no new items.
