The cleaning and organization were spot‑on.

“Ótimos quartos e localização!”

A brand‑new room, spacious with a stunning city view. Overall, the rooms were a great experience: comfortable bed, two mirrors which are handy for getting ready, and a minibar with plenty of choices. The breakfast could have offered more variety. The restaurant menu is also quite limited; compared to other local restaurants it needs better presentation and higher quality ingredients. The food is very simple, and the price of water at R$ 15 each seemed excessive.

The location and comfort were solid. However, the room and bathroom cleanliness were lacking, and the overall smell was disappointing.

“Péssimo em diversos aspectos, mas, principalmente, pelo custo-beneficio.”

Nothing much to praise, except the location. Summarizing the long list: terrible for families, overpriced for what it offers, a “tin can” room, dirty bath towel, late room cleaning, and no courtesy at all.
