We were the only guests in the entire hotel because of the off‑season travel; the pool was 100/10, and breakfast could be added to the booking.

“Touristenfalle”

The room itself was the only good thing; I rarely complain and try to see both sides, but this hotel offers nothing like a pleasant stay. The photos on Booking no longer match reality: it’s dirty, the restaurant smells of mold, locals are favored, breakfast times are shifted an hour without notice, the pool is the temperature of a bathtub, the beach lacks umbrellas and loungers, dead coral is everywhere, and tap water must be bought separately. We complained at reception and asked for a discount for early departure, but were just denied. We should resolve this with Booking, and our date change request sent via Booking was ignored. The hotel looks flashy at first glance, but disappointment hits fast. We left despite the high cost. Don’t book!

“Bad .”

Everything!! The beach was nonexistent as it was full of broken coral , the ac in the room didn’t work …. We only had breakfast and they had run out of eggs , coffee and even water ! For two out of 3 nights we were the only guests in the hotel . I felt sorry for the staff who were trying their best to please us

“Personnel au top, hôtel à rénover”

The staff were very welcoming, smiling and always available. The pool was nice, with direct access to a beautiful beach and a perfect location to enjoy Passikudah. The only drawback is that the property is aging and very sparsely occupied, which is a shame because it has real potential. We hope it will one day regain its rightful place.

“Jedes 3 Sterne Hotel war besser als dieses. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier ganz und gar nicht!”

The hotel does not live up to the 5 stars advertised. Many pieces of furniture are broken, the pool was never properly cleaned, staff were often absent, breakfast took more than 1.5 hours to serve, the bar was closed, bats flew around in the twilight, the lounge was dirty and unfurnished, the billiard table was covered and unusable, the bathroom floor was always wet from a leaking toilet, beach loungers and umbrellas were broken, and no staff attended to anything on the beach. The hotel is not worth the price!
