From the moment we arrived, the hotel team treated us with warmth and professionalism, almost like a big family; when a power outage hit the neighboring hotel at night, a loud generator kicked in, making it impossible to sleep after 5 am, so we were immediately moved to another room and given a fruit platter as a courtesy for the inconvenience. I also mentioned to staff that the fitness room needed better upkeep—the equipment rails were outdated and incomplete, and the space is shared with the sister hotel.

Everything was great: the room was large, the place was quiet with few people, and the hotel offered a free bicycle, which I loved.

Wonderful property, huge room, beautiful pool and good breakfast. We also used the spa and felt really good.
