The view from the façade was great, but there was no rug in the bathroom.

The hotel's staff provided exceptional service, but the owner's responsiveness was inconsistent. Despite some initial reservations, the stay ultimately met expectations. The hotel's staff was a highlight, but the owner's communication style was a drawback.
