The ginger, long‑haired man behind reception, thought it was Jacob; he was the only good thing. We stayed in the family room and it was absolutely freezing—no radiators working and the windows weren’t shut properly. It wasn’t clean at all. The next night we moved to a double room, yet again no radiators working, so it was like a Baltic. Very disappointed after spending over £200. The staff were rude except for Jacob, who was a blessing. Also very noisy with underage drinkers running around.
