The location and the breakfast were good. The hotel was very noisy; the door closers made the doors slam loudly, and there was no lamp at the desk. One side of the bed was sagging. There were only a few storage compartments—just one slot and a clothes peg to put something in the wardrobe. The biggest annoyance was the bathroom door: a frosted glass sliding door that covered the opening but didn’t close. The head of the bed was about 50 cm from the door opening, so you could hear the person, the noise, and the smell in the bed. When the sliding door opened it was so loud you woke up, and the same happened from the adjoining room. That’s why there’s a dispenser for earplugs in the stairwell—a real no‑go.
