The fireplace and massage chair in the room were nice, though we had to pay extra for them. The whole facility seemed geared toward buses, which felt odd for a solo traveler. The restaurant was grossly understaffed and the food was mediocre. The room temperature was hard to control; the thermostat was set for heat but it blew cold air most of the time.

The large dining space and couches by the fireplace made the area feel very comfortable and spacious.

The foyer and dining area had a lovely garden vibe and felt very welcoming; the room was roomy and well-equipped, and we enjoyed the spa pool to relax after the drive. Breakfast was just adequate. The hotel’s location was unclear at first, but signs made it easy to find once we followed them. The dining room was closed for dinner on Sunday, but we easily found plenty of restaurants nearby.

Everything was great! The only downside was the blow dryer, and the fireplace would shut off after 15 minutes.

The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated for the season, and breakfast was good. The front desk staff were not welcoming, and the signage in the dining room had us going in circles. One overworked employee handled everything, so service was VERY slow. Dinner food was subpar, and the breakfast setup was inefficient—hot food plates were cold, so the food cooled quickly.
