I found the location spot‑on, everything was within arm’s reach, and the staff were super helpful. The pool was decent and the rooms felt roomy. The downside was that the hotel was under renovation during my stay and they didn’t tell me until I got there, which ruined the quiet vibe. There was no bar or any place to grab a drink. The air‑conditioning was inconsistent – it worked when it wanted and leaked everywhere – so I had to call for repairs. I couldn’t sit on the balcony because the fans blew hot air out and were noisy.

The views were great and it’s so close to Karon beach. However, there were no plugs in the sinks and the kitchen sink lacked a hot‑water tap for washing dishes. In the bedroom, only the bedside lamps worked; the ceiling light didn’t.

This is the third time I’ve stayed at this hotel; the cleanliness is excellent, security is high, it’s very close to the markets and the beach. For the first time I heard very loud music that kept going for a long time; the source is outside the hotel.

Close to the beach. Russians around the pool were rowdy and drinking, and they smashed glass.
