The bed was filthy, with a dirty stain about 8‑9 inches in diameter, and when I called the staff to point it out they told me to just sleep on the stained bed. I asked for a clean or new bed, but a staff member got angry and started throwing pillow covers around. On top of that the hot water system in the bathroom was broken, and they didn’t give me any toiletries or a towel. Worst place to stay.

I only stayed 8 hours, but it was a nice experience overall; the people were friendly, helpful, and gave me lunch at a good price. The room wasn’t clean, though – there was a lot of long hair on the floor – and they only handed me soap after I asked for it.

“Friendly staff, ample rooms and facilities”

The staff were friendly and even guided me to shopping areas and told me the opening times, which made planning easier. I had dinner after arrival through room service; the food was average priced, smooth, and suitable for kids. The facilities were up to the mark.
