It’s one of the best Suite Room experiences in Pondicherry; the very spacious suite feels like home, with attention to every tiny detail, and the management is excellent. Car parking is available. I stayed here for 4 days during my All‑India trip ❤️🇮🇳.

I booked through your site, but Mermaid Farm House denied my booking because they wanted a higher price. It’s very unfortunate that a site like this doesn’t care about the confirmation.

The location and hotel were good, but as soon as we arrived, they made us wait for 2 hours because they were charging more than the deal we had, and only after clarifications did we finally get the room. Inside, there was no soap, shampoo, towels, or drinking water, and the breakfast that was included in the plan we chose was denied because they said we couldn’t get breakfast for the basic plan. After an argument and checking the website, they agreed to give breakfast, but I was very disappointed with the service. They didn’t even know their own password and kept us waiting for hours to verify the plan.
