“Excelente custo-benefício!”

We stayed at the property at the end of August 2026. The stay met our expectations. It’s near Plaza de Armas, the main hub in Cusco for tourists, with worthwhile restaurants on the street, so the location is great. The room was clean, spacious, and offered tea and hot water daily. We had trouble with the shower on the first day, but we got used to it and the staff helped us. The room was warm. The night receptionist’s service was flawless; he is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is good, but I recommend paying attention to the serving time.

The accommodation is well located and the room stayed quiet throughout my stay. Breakfast is reasonable for Peruvian standards, but still simple. The bathroom is extremely cramped, terrible for showering. The room had a slope (ramp) and one of the beds lay on that ramp. The mattresses were crooked (probably old and heavily used). The price charged for the accommodation is absurd and the cost‑benefit does not compensate.

The room was clean, comfortable and well located; the staff were extremely polite and accommodating, overall a great stay, though the room feels a bit small for a longer stay.

The place was very quiet, well located, the staff wonderfully friendly, breakfast tasty, and they delivered a hot thermos each night.

“Photos mensongères sur la taille des chambres et de l'extérieur”

The staff, very young, were very kind; the photos on the Booking site are misleading, not honest: they show a large room that is actually very small, a big exterior that is actually a court background accessed through grim passages, there are very steep stairs to reach the rooms, the reception is not in the hotel but in another small building, and the breakfast buffet is not very rich; we were supposed to stay for nights but only stayed one.
