“Staff awesome. Property needs a little TLC.”
Walking into the lobby, Diane greeted me and was incredibly helpful, providing towels, explaining the airport shuttle and extended parking, and showing great knowledge. She was the kind of staff member every hotel should have. However, some maintenance fixes in the room were questionable—caulk was used on many bathroom repairs, the trim was poorly cut and installed, and the hot tub in the pool area was covered with plywood. The wood fencing outside needed sprucing up, and the back of the property looked a bit dirty. These issues weren’t major, but they made the place feel slightly overpriced.
