“caro y malo”

The bed was good. The place felt old, the cable didn’t work and the heating was broken.

The room was spotless. The spa staff were rude, and charging now for hot tubs was a disappointment when that was supposed to be part of the appeal.

The view from the rooms and the bed comfort were nice. Security was lacking; each time we entered the hotel nobody greeted us or asked where we were headed or if we were guests. The air‑conditioning unit looked makeshift, takes up space, is noisy, and clearly wasn’t part of the original design.

“Esperaba algo inigualable.”

The hotel clearly hasn’t been maintained for a long time. The rooms were of poor quality, almost everything was unmaintained.
