The staff explained everything clearly and we could use the washing and drying machines for free, which was handy during our consecutive nights; it was a shame we couldn’t have dinner or breakfast because we hadn’t booked them, a mistake on our part.

The free laundry service was a real help.

I'm not sure if it's the flooring material, but my feet stuck to it. The hotel was otherwise fine, but this was a bit of a problem. The cleanliness was good, but the flooring was a bit of a letdown.

The hotel's location was great, but unfortunately, the TV reception was terrible. I couldn't watch any local channels, which was a bit of a bummer. On the plus side, the hotel was very convenient and easy to get to.

I was really struggling to find a place to stay, but this hotel was a lifesaver. Unfortunately, the TV was a bit of a mystery to me - I couldn't figure out how to watch digital channels, and the seating area wasn't very conducive to getting work done.
