The room was spacious and comfortable, the food was good, and the staff—especially the dining area team—were excellent. However, the information at arrival was sparse; they could have spent a few more minutes explaining the system and the available amenities.

The service was outstanding. I was disappointed that I couldn't stay at other Decameron properties in the network because they were pricier and had different rates.
