“Overall, a great hotel with excellent staff, who tried their best to help!”
The staff are excellent, especially Eva, Ivy and Kitty. The location is very good. The room we received isn’t great: the window is dirty, it’s noisy because it’s close to the elevator and other guests are loud in the hallway, and the cot that was offered instead isn’t comfortable. We didn’t like being moved to a different room or arrangement than what we paid for, and it happened on such short notice. The lobby was chaotic on the first night, and there was confusion over our luggage; they couldn’t find it at first and almost handed us someone else’s.
