We booked a 6‑hour stay because we had a 7‑hour stopover in KL on our way to London. The room was comfortable and it was nice to have a shower to freshen up mid‑flight. Hot drinks and snacks were provided. Reception staff were lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I liked the location, but lunch and buffet options were very limited and there was no alternative menu to choose from.
