“Einfach fantastisch!”

Getting the key was hassle‑free, the host was always reachable and asked if we needed anything. The room was spacious and clean, and the shared kitchen had all the essentials plus coffee for the espresso machine. Overall a great place I’d recommend, though there’s nothing to leave on.

The place had a great location and the room was clean. Antonio was very helpful and welcoming. The two floors had very steep stairs, the lock needs to be checked, and sometimes it fails.

“Extremely unpleasant and rude host”

This was by far the worst accommodation experience I've ever had. The biggest problem was that the property was a shared accommodation, which wasn't clearly stated in the listing. If that had been obvious before booking, we would never have chosen to stay here. The staircase was very slippery and steep; my boyfriend fell, cut his elbow badly, and sprained his ankle. When we mentioned this to the host, he said the other residents didn't want to pay for fixing the stairs, so it wasn't his fault. That reply was very disappointing, especially after an injury. The situation worsened because the host was extremely rude and confrontational. In the middle of the night, he told us to leave and said we wouldn't get a refund if we stayed. We felt pressured to leave, yet we were still charged for the night. The host also called us repeatedly, demanding we interact with him, adding unnecessary stress to an already tough situation. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent the day dealing with this dispute and urgently looking for other accommodation, which cost us even more. The whole experience ruined our trip. Between the misleading description, the way we were treated, the unsafe stairs, and the extra cost of finding a new place, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.

The cleanliness, central location, easy parking, and tasteful furnishings were all great. The shared kitchen area was very nice and fully equipped, even with a small washing machine. It should be noted that the unit is on the second floor with steep stair ramps, which could be an issue for anyone with difficulties.
