I love the location and this is my fifth stay; the staff are friendly. However, they never change the bedding or clean the rooms between days, and when I asked for a first‑floor room months ago I was told none were available.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and I especially enjoyed the chairs by the marina. There was nothing negative to report.

The entire hotel is surrounded by an asphalt parking lot and the walls between rooms are paper‑thin; a couple in the room next to ours kept us up for hours. There was no breakfast, no elevator to the second‑floor rooms, and the AC units were wall‑mounted. The windows were so dirty and bug‑infested that we kept the drapes closed to avoid seeing dead bugs between the windows and screens. We liked Rick, the evening front desk person, who was very nice and helpful. Overall, everything was an awful, overpriced hotel.

The rooms were clean, but there was no elevator.

The spot is convenient, but none of the rooms offer a lake view.
