Great location and nice people, but the room wasn’t clean.

“A fuir absolument”

Nothing good. On the first night our reservation wasn’t honored and we ended up in a completely unsanitary room; on the second night we switched rooms and found ourselves locked out after midnight for over an hour because the hotel was closed at night, so there was no way to enter or exit. The plumbing was ancient, the sheets were dirty and torn, and you shouldn’t expect to bathe there. The staff were unhelpful, and OYO seemed like a conglomerate of hotels with no single point of contact except for two out-of-touch kids from the neighborhood. Finally, the facilities didn’t match what was advertised. Stay away.

I booked through the system and paid the listed price, but upon arrival the receptionist demanded extra money because the price was wrong.

“Finw for one or two nights, but some basics are missing.”

We had a roomy accommodation and decent shared areas plus a usable pool. The room lacked a window and the air quality was awful, making sleep difficult. The bathroom was dirty and had no soap. One towel had a hole larger than a head, and the bed sheets were too small. When we woke up, the bed was mostly uncovered because we moved during the night.
