“Volveremos”
Location, room, staff and cleanliness were all superb, and honestly everything was perfect.

The only thing this property offers is its location. I originally booked a privately owned room outside the platform, and when I checked in I found fecal matter splattered on the wall. I went to the front desk to switch rooms, but the new room had hair on the bathroom sink, a pimple patch stuck to the shower wall, and still dirty silverware in the dishwasher. Awful experience, will never stay here again.
The location was great, but the rooms were large yet dirty: the carpet was soiled and the sofas were very filthy with nasty stains that we couldn't sit on them. The room smelled awful, so we had to spend two hours in the lobby while they swapped our room.
