The bed was comfortable, the internet was fast, and the room was clean. However, they didn't let you bring your own shower soap and liquid shampoo, only paper towels were provided, no water bottle was offered, and the bathroom was dirty with guests' soap left on the floor and a scouring pad.

Only the location was good. The beds were very hard, the shared bathroom was very dirty, and there was little ventilation.

I liked that the place was spacious. The downside was that they didn't provide bathing soap and there was little toilet paper.

The location was good, the room was a private space with a large bed and a desk, and the Wi‑Fi worked fine. On the check‑in day, the room code was not sent, and after I contacted them it finally arrived but it was wrong. I could reach them quickly via WhatsApp, so that wasn't a major issue. The real problem was the shared shower room, which was infested with a lot of small bugs and was not comfortable to use. After I complained, they sprayed insecticide, but that should have been done before guests arrived. They also told me I could use another shower because the hot water wasn't working, but that room had no drainage, water pooled on the floor, and I couldn't step in it; shampoo and other toiletries were scattered on the floor. After I complained, it improved, but I think they should hire cleaners instead of reacting. The room I stayed in was right next to the toilet, and the wall was thin, so I could hear every sound from the toilet. At about 3 a.m. on the last night, I woke up to loud voices from the owner and a visitor. If they want to keep operating, they need to fix these issues.

“The location is great and so are the owners! Facilities could be upgraded! Would stay there again!”

It’s great for two main reasons: the owners are very helpful and always approachable, and the location is excellent! I stayed there for three weeks. The room was big enough. I booked a shared bathroom, which I might reconsider next time. The Wi‑Fi was great and stable. There’s a small kitchen with a fridge, stove, plates, and cutlery. They provide shampoo, body wash, and a towel. There’s a small desk in my room. The courtyard is lovely. Markets, restaurants, and cafés are nearby, and an excellent bakery is less than five minutes away on the same street (Panfilia – check it out, the best baguette in town!). In the beginning there were some cleanliness issues and problems with the cleaning team. Once they hired new staff, everything ran smoothly. Next door was a construction zone, which isn’t the owners’ fault. At night it was quiet. Initially there were problems getting a hot shower, but that was also sorted out. The water pressure could be better… Overall the facilities are a little older, but they’re well maintained.
