“良いスタッフと出会えて快適な滞在だった！”
The staff were outstanding, especially Operations Manager Subi, who was incredibly helpful; for the price the room was spacious and comfortable, making me want to return. The room’s fixtures were fine, but a detachable shower head would have been nicer, the breakfast variety could use a boost, and my laundry order was forgotten for a day, so better internal communication among staff is needed.

The staff were very friendly and always smiling. Shout out to Muna! The rooms had everything you need. The location was fabulous in the middle of the thriving Thamel neighbourhood. The breakfast could have been more diverse. The Western diet offered pancakes, toast, honey and jam, while the local breakfast changed daily. But overall it worked well for a few days.

The reception staff were very helpful. The toiletries were insufficient, but the geyzer worked properly.

It turned out to be the best hotel we stayed at during our four weeks in Nepal, especially after receiving a room upgrade that placed us on the top floor with no noise from neighbors above, plenty of space, a clean bathroom and a sunny balcony. The staff—from the receptionists to the door guard—were all very friendly, and the location in the heart of Thamel was ideal, with taxis lining the street for easy access. They also provided a generous breakfast spread to accommodate our very early flight. The only drawback, which was out of the hotel’s control and common to other places, was that loud music played from midnight to 4 am each night, which was very annoying. The staff asked us to mention our names in the review for points, which felt a bit off because everyone worked hard and was courteous; I prefer to keep my comments general.
