The location and the space were fine, but the mattress was old with holes, the pillows were folded, the wall under the window was exposed, the curtains had mold, the wardrobe drawer was falling apart, and the dishes weren't rinsed properly. We had to switch apartments because the air conditioner was broken, and the breakfast replacement was lacking.

Everything was close by and the neighborhood is excellent. The lounge and kitchen worked well, and the staff member Lucas helped us a lot! Parking was super expensive at R$ 38,00 for a 12‑hour period, which added up over our six nights. The single bed was a bit small, but I slept well.
