The place is unique and super quiet, and Camilo, the host, is a 10. He gave us plenty of local recommendations, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that the hot water in the shower took a while to start, and we missed having a hair dryer.

The room is clean, different from typical places, and the rural setting is quiet. The owner was very nice. However, there’s no WiFi, which should be mentioned in the listing because it makes planning travel tough. Also, none of the Camino luggage services deliver here; the owner helped me but it cost more than double, so this spot ended up costing a lot more than other stops on the Camino Norte. If you’re driving, it’s fine.
