The staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful, giving useful info about the area; the rooms were well presented and close to shops and restaurants, and the instant support helped us when we couldn’t navigate the TV channels. Constant traffic outside was muffled by the good curtains, so the noise didn’t bother us—quiet and we slept wonderfully after a long drive and dinner. Nothing else to complain about; the accommodation met our expectations.
