The social area, pools, and breakfast were great. I couldn’t get any flexibility with canceling or rescheduling because my daughter fell ill the day before we were to travel.

The location was perfect, the beach was calm, the hotel staff were extremely friendly and polite, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The coffee was excellent with plenty of fresh fruit packaged individually, showing great hygiene and care for guests. I arrived early and they let me check in ahead of time. Thank you for the experience! I will definitely return. The only downside was that the towels for bath and face could be softer, and there should have been a trash bin in the room in addition to the bathroom bin.

The breakfast was really good and the location is excellent. The staff were very courteous and the service was great. The bathroom was clean and spacious, and the beach service was also very good. The downside is that the air‑conditioner is positioned so the airflow hits the beds directly, which is annoying for guests with children.

Fico há vários anos no hotel e ele só melhora, a limpeza , instalações e gentileza dos funcionários é nota 10!!
