Location is good, but the front‑desk staff are the worst you can find.

I'm not sure what to make of my stay here, as the initial greeting was a friendly 'hello' but the subsequent interactions were somewhat abrupt with a simple 'hi'. The contrast in tone was quite noticeable, but I suppose it's a small thing that didn't detract from my overall experience.

The hotel's location was perfect, but the service at the restaurant was subpar. Unfortunately, this was a major letdown for us.

For Egyptian standards the place is very clean and well kept, and the service is good. It sits in a quiet, green area with nice restaurants nearby, and the metro is not far. Crossing the bridge (or going through the tunnel) gets you easily into a shopping street. The breakfast is decent but not very varied, and there could be more focus on sustainability—for example, towels are changed every day unnecessarily when water is scarce. That mindset isn’t yet common in this region, so Egyptian guests might not get it.
