The property was amazing, everything matched the description and all details were thoughtfully handled. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and offered beautiful views. The location was excellent, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

The only highlight was the view, but the photos were misleading and the place looked worn out, untidy, and unclean. With only two rooms, it felt very secluded.

The property is thoughtfully designed and well built, located on the main Matara highway. The view from the space is splendid. There are only two rooms in the abode, both unique and well considered. The room comes with a great tea collection, a mini‑fridge, and a bathtub with Ceylon spa bath salts; two diffusers sit on either side of the bed, and yoga mats are provided. If you want to indulge in luxury amid raw nature, don’t miss this place. The property sells out months in advance, so book early. On the downside, the property needs some upkeep: the bathtub window frame jams, the main door can jam too, and the toiletries are not up to the standard of other luxury rooms.

The reality was far from the pictures and the promises; there are just two rooms, and the staff leaves at 6 pm, so no service after that. I felt pretty unsafe, honestly.
