The Deluxe Twin Room offers two single beds for two guests. A private bathroom includes a rain shower and complimentary toiletries, while the room is equipped with a flat‑screen TV and a minibar. The décor follows a Peranakan style, providing a distinctive cultural touch.
The location is great, close to many eateries, but the room feels cramped and isn’t sound‑proof—can hear the next door.

The hotel is close to many amenities—shopping mall, tourist spots, food shops, even a hospital—yet the room feels a bit outdated, especially the toilet.
“I expected better like last time.”
I like that the room is value for money, especially when you're travelling as a family with young children. The room service top up is generous. The parking space is adequate. The carpark service lifts tend to be non-functioning from time to time.which can cause inconvenience for guests that drives. Some of the elevator buttons are also not working, which can be inconvenient. The room service indicator light is not working as well for Room 548. I had to inform room service. I requested for a blanket cover change on 1 occasion. It didn't happen. The room-service menu had spelling errors (but that's just a pet peeve). I was charged 50rm/adult for a breakfast in Hatten Hotel, which is higher that what's quoted in the room package. I was informed that breakfast is served there. Correct me if I'm wrong. I encountered a lizard while showering. Not bothered at that time but it raised hygiene issues
