“Tophotel met supervriendelijk personeel.”

The hotel really delivers five stars for a very reasonable price, with beautiful rooms and top‑quality beds. Breakfast was excellent and 24‑hour room service was available. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I ended up staying longer than planned, so I had to celebrate my birthday there; during breakfast the restaurant staff ran up singing and surprised me with a cake on a plate. That was the pinnacle of hospitality. Nothing negative to mention.

The staff were outstanding, sparkling with enthusiasm! Breakfast was truly overwhelming. The only downside was that it was a bit rough.

The stay was really good overall. However, there was no swimming pool or spa, contrary to what the information claimed—an overselling issue.

The hotel itself was very nice, the restaurant offered a good variety of food, and the staff were friendly. On the downside, the linens needed changing; our towels looked like they were ten years old and very frayed, and our bed linen was stained.
