The bed was comfortable. The upgraded deluxe double room had a soft, higher queen‑size mattress on top of the standard double bed, which I preferred over the usual mattress. The room was nicer, with better flooring, better furniture, and a renovated bathroom—a clear upgrade from the standard room for about 45 dollars more, worth it for a comfortable stay. No complaints.

The meals were large and great, the staff were awesome, and the accommodation was clean.

They double‑charged me, and I’ve been trying and trying to reach them for a refund, but they keep avoiding the issue.
